How to Send a Card | Corporate Vision & Who We Are

You'll see how quick and easy it is to send a customized card to someone you care about. I’ll show you how our system can enhance your relationship-building efforts and develop more customers or clients and referrals.
You can create and send your own free greeting card by using my Try it for FREE option. I will set up a free trial account and arrange a phone time to walk you through how to log in, select the card of your choice (12,000+ to choose from), create a personal message, and have it mailed for you … all without leaving the comfort of your desk.
How does our system save you time and money? The average price of a generic, store-bought greeting card ranges from $3 - $5, not to mention the time and gas spent driving to your local card shop and the mailbox. (Imagine all the other things you could do with that time!)
With our company, your card will cost an amazing $0.62 or $0.98 (wholesale & retail prices). This is a card with your own custom message in your own handwriting -- and you can even easily upload a digital picture from your computer to be printed on the card for just a few pennies more.
If you are sending cards from another country into the USA, you will only pay for local US postage to have your card mailed, since our originating address is actually in Salt Lake City, Utah.
You can send cards right from your computer – no card shopping and no post office necessary. If you prefer to add the more “personal touch” of using your own handwriting, you can have your handwriting and four different signatures made into your own customized font, which you can then use to personalize your cards with as you create them online. Creating a custom card with your own artwork on the front by traditional methods is very expensive. With our company, you can create a custom card for a one-time set up fee of $50. Then your customized card is available to you in you, along with the 12,000+ other cards that are already in the Card Catalog. Sending a greeting card using our system is done via the Internet. You'll need a free gift account to test-drive the system. Click here to request one. I'll gift you some points and postage so you can send a real greeting card through the mail to a couple of people you care about.
Step 1
Log into your account. Your contact information (what will go in the return address of the card envelopes) is on the right. Make sure you are set up to receive emails reminders. By turning on your reminder feature, you will be reminded of every birthday and anniversary you enter into the system.
Step 2
Enter your new contact information (or import records from Microsoft Outlook or Excel and click on Contacts or ACT or another contact database). The contact manager includes fields for adding birthdays and anniversary dates, so the reminder service can email you one week before each date.
You can create cards days, weeks, or even months ahead of time and tell the system what date to mail the card. You can also set up mail campaigns that will personalize and automate the mailing process of sending multiple postcards or cards to specific groups you create in the built-in contact management program.
Step 3
Choose from 15,000+ cards in 30 categories or create your own custom card with our photo feature . Select either a postcard or greeting card once you have made your selection. We even have three-panel greeting cards if you have more text or graphics than will fit in a standard two-panel card. We now also have a Big card (8.2" x 11.5") when you want to make a BIG impression on someone.
Step 4Type your personal message. You can also upload pictures inside the card. Select one of several fonts available, or have your own customized handwriting and signatures made into a font that you can use.
We can now send a video in a card, using our QR Code generator. Imagine...for less than a dollar, you can send a card with all the photos you want to include, and now even include a scannable code to view a video. Here's a code that you can scan with your smart phone (or type in the URL if you don't have a smart phone) and you can watch a video tour of how these cards are created. This same code gets printed in a card and is scannable from there. To scan with your smart phone, you will first need to go to your Apps and download a free QR Code Reader.
If you want to send the same card to a number of people, you can create a "campaign" card. Recorded webinars are available 24/7 under "Help" in case you forget how to do such things as creating and sending a campaign.
Need a little extra help with checking your spelling? Spellcheck is built into the system!
International keyboards are built into our system for Spanish, French, German, Italian, and Portuguese so the special characters will print properly when creating a heartfelt message in one of these languages.Step 5
Want to include a gift? You can now add a real gift (quite a selection to choose from) or a gift card such as Starbucks, Gap, or a 5-in-1 restaurant gift card (good at Chili's, Romano's Macaroni Grill, On the Boarder, Maggiano's Little Italy, and The Corner Bakery).
Step 6
PREVIEW the details and if everything looks good, click SEND and your greeting card or postcard will be printed, addressed, stamped (with a real stamp), stuffed in a real envelope, and taken to the post office by the next business day.
The recipient will receive the card within a few days in their mailbox, all for about 1/5 the cost and a fraction of the time it would have taken to do it the old fashioned way!
