Prepaid Cards

You can also sell an Annual Account Pre-Paid Card to a retail customer for $25.  Each card contains credit for 20 points and 10 stamps.  A distributor uses points and stamps from their account to purchase the Annual Account card (total wholesale cost with stamps is $10.40), and then sells it to a customer for a profit of $14.60 per card. I usually don't even mention this option when sharing SOC with a prospect.

One way to sell Annual Account Cards is through Fundraisers. With a fundraiser, you determine the amount of profit that will go to the non-profit organization.  Even if you donate 100% of the retail profits to the organization, you are still making a commission on the PV (product volume).

NOTE: Fundraisers can be very time-consuming, and may not be geared toward your ideal prospect. (My ideal prospects are small business owners and independent professionals -- not people working in a corporate environment.) If you have kids who are looking for a fundraiser idea (alternative to selling candy or magazines, doing a carwash, etc.), this may be something for them to do. I do not recommend that individual distributors use this as a means to build their team or customer base because of the amount of time involved and the low return on your investment of time.

If you are a non-profit organization and are looking for additional ways for your donors and volunteers to support your cause, SendOutCards may be a great way to do that. In this case, I do not recommend selling the Annual Account Pre-Paid Card, but rather treating your prospective SOC users as you would any other prospect. That means walking them through a gift account and sharing the three ways they can become a sender of cards.

 

Retail Profits from Preferred Customers (Paid Monthly)
Preferred Retail Customers receive a License free when they automatically order 20 or more points monthly. They may purchase an Annual Account Pre-Paid Card ($25) and additional points ($0.49) directly from their distributor. These purchases are credited to the qualified distributor’s account. Product Volume commissions are paid on the points sold and retail bonus is paid on a monthly basis.

 

System Coaching Bonus (Paid Weekly)
You can purchase a Wholesale System License for $298 or an Entrepreneur System License for $398 and receive a coaching session and wholesale pricing on points with an Auto Order. You receive a $120 bonus after System Coaching a Wholesale Customer or a New Distributor on how the system works. Once a distributor is promoted to manager or above, they also receive coaching bonuses from coaching sessions that take place throughout their downline organizations. Downline coaching bonuses range from $50 - $125 per coaching session -- the amount depends on what level you are at (Manager, Senior Manager, etc.).

Leadership Volume Bonus paid on Greeting Cards Sold
Once a Qualified Distributor* is promoted to Manager or above, they will receive leadership volume bonuses on unlimited levels within a leadership group. Leadership volume bonuses range between 5% and 25% depending on the leadership ranks that have been earned. See chart below for details.

*Qualifying Distributors - In order to get paid your bonus, you must be a Qualified Distributor. It's really easy to get qualified:

  • Purchase 100 points a month (between you and your customers). I suggest that you set your auto-order for the first of each month for 100 points and then you are assured of always qualifying for your bonuses, regardless of what your customers do. If you dip below 100 points in any consecutive 5-week period, you will not qualify to receive the bonus for that month.
  • Have two active customers (this can be annual account card, retail, or wholesale). If someone gets an annual account card, be sure they have sent their first card, as this activates the account. Otherwise they are not considered to be an "active" customer. Same goes for a retail account. They must send at least one card from the account to be considered active.

Once you get promoted to Manager or above, you receive bonuses on your own activities, as well as on the activities of the downline who is coded to you. Everything in the shaded area above pays out at UNLIMITED DEPTH.

There are four types of bonuses, which are paid out weekly:

  • VLB - Volume Leadership Bonus
  • TER – Treat ‘em Right seminar attendance bonus
  • CB – Coded Bonus
  • PPCB – Picture Plus Coaching Bonus


To calculate the bonuses you will receive, you'll need to add up the percentage or dollar amount for each distributor and for each column that is coded to you. For example, if you are coded as both the Manager and the Senior Manager, you will receive a volume leadership bonus of 10% (5% for Mgr coding + 5% for SM coding). If you are coded as the Senior Manager and someone else is coded as the Manager, you will receive a 5% bonus for the SM coding. If you are coded in the distributor column (caps at 7 levels) and you are listed as the Manager and Senior Manager, you would also add the 2% (2% for Distributor + 5% for Manager + 5% for Sr. Mgr. = 12%).


This plan pays out at unlimited depth,
although only one person gets paid per coding.  In other words, there is only one Manager, one Senior Manager, one Executive, one Sr. Executive and one Eagle that can be coded to someone. So, the unlimited depth only applies to the person who is coded as that particular person's coded leader.

For everyone you personally sponsor who gets PicturePlus (customer or distributor), you will receive a Picture Plus coaching bonus of $20.


Level 0 represents your PV (personal volume) – your own purchases and your retail & wholesale customer purchases. No matter how big your team (downline) gets or what level you are at (Distributor, Manager, SM, etc.), you will always make 5% on your own personal volume.  In addition, you will receive a $20 coaching bonus for any customers who get Picture Plus.

Level 1 represents those you have personally sponsored.  As a distributor, you get paid $120 for coaching your own personally-sponsored people.  You only coach wholesale customers and distributors.  If a retail customer buys PicturePlus, you earn $20 for teaching them how to use PicturePlus.

The levels below Level 1 represent those who have been sponsored by someone in your downline.
