Handwriting Font & Signature
Whether you have recently become a customer or if you have been an account holder for many months, I encourage you to make sending in your Personal Handwriting Font and Signature Template a priority. This is a special feature and I hope you'll take advantage of it. Adding your own handwriting, and signature will add a wonderfully personalized touch to your greeting cards.
Keep in mind, the sooner you send in this form, the sooner you will have use of your handwriting and signature options. It takes about 10-14 days to get it mailed and loaded in. In order to accurately craft your handwriting font, this document MUST be printed on a color printer. Follow the instructions on page one for best results, and view the completed sample form on page two. If you don't like your font, there are no free re-do's, so you might want to practice on a page before you send your final copy in.
If you are unable to locate this form, you can download it from your account:
-Log into your Card Manager Main Menu
-Click on Site Index (above the Red Racing Strip at the top of the screen)
-Scroll down to H
- Click on Handwriting Font Form with Instructions
-Open & print all three pages of this form *Important Note:
You MUST submit the final handwriting font form in color (the one with the red grids)
Tips:
- Guidelines suggest that you use a (0.8mm 1.0mm) thick, black pen. No felt tip/markers. I would recommend that you go to an office supply store and purchase a new 1.00mm pen. This will allow your handwriting and signature to appear substantial, and not look scrawly.
- It is important to keep your letters proportionate to each other (Capital letters similar in size, and slightly larger than lower-case letters similar in size).
- Signatures variations may be whatever you like, they do not have to be from the same person (die. John Doe, John, Jane Doe, Jane, or Jane and John Doe). For example, if you have a family of five people and want all five signatures in one signature file, put all of them in one box.
- Keep in mind that more than one signature file may be applied simultaneously.
- Make sure you are happy with your form before submitting it. Your font letters will look exactly the way you have written them. For this reason fonts cannot be changed, fixed or resubmitted. Changes or re-do's will be treated as a new font submission and charged accordingly.
Just fill out the form, and send it in to our corporate office.
Once this form is received at the corporate office, it will take 7 business days to have the font and signatures available for use on your account. It will show up on the font drop down as (your name) Custom FONT.
